Highpoint Ventures, Inc.was founded by Matt Kovner and Vicki Chesler after they sold their real estate publishing company in 1999. As founders of The Cooperator, the co-op and condo monthly, and creators of The Co-op & Condo Expo, Manhattan’s top trade show for owners, board members and those in the related industries, our principals know this market inside and out. Their insight into the industry andexpertise in marketing helped them grow their company fromits infancy as a Manhattan-based co-op magazine to a regional publication with over 75,000 readers, a successful annual trade show, a series of educational seminars, an annual Directory of Services, and the book Co-op & Condo Ownership, now in its third printing. They have ap    peared on NBC, CNBC, FOX, and NY1 television as well as numerous radio shows, and have been quoted in The New York Times, Time Out New York, and many other publications. Since 2001, Matt Kovner and Vicki Chesler have focused their energies on Highpoint Ventures, working with top service providers in the New York metro area to fine tune their marketing strategies, improve their corporate image and improve sales and profitibility.
